I believe my clients are the experts on themselves and are capable of creating meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to provide you with the tools to navigate life challenges, relationships, and adapt to change.

Approach

As each individual’s experience is subjective, I adapt my therapeutic approach to best meet your needs. I have utilized principles from evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic theory. 

Experience

My clinical experience includes working with the veteran population, mental health, substance abuse, crisis residential treatment facilities, and inpatient social work. 

Individuals 

My clients will gain understanding of their emotional wounds and untangle the places they feel stuck. 

Couples

Although conflict can be uncomfortable, it is an opportunity to understand your partner's needs and turn towards them with compassion and empathy. During our sessions, you will gain an understanding of your thoughts, internal dialogue, and learn how to communicate your needs. 

I am currently accepting clients for both individual and couple’s therapy.
