Offers Sliding Scale Therapy

MFT Registered Intern #AMFT103620

The perfect relationship looks different for every individual. We each hold separate ideas of how to be in a partnership, and these differences can show up as unmet needs that are confusing for partners to navigate through. Couples therapy is a safe place to unpack these desires in the presence of your partner.

The reparative process requires a real effort on both ends. We will work together to heal wounds by recognizing the vulnerabilities that exist, and then learn how to respond to these deep emotions when such encounters occur. During this process, I will provide tools to help couples create a solid foundation for a lasting, loving partnership.

As a South Asian woman, and a first-generation American, I understand the importance of how intersecting identities can impact couples’ interactions. I enjoy and welcome working with individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, and identities. I work on a relational level, and my approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative as we explore and address the goals that bring couples into the room. My aim is to offer a safe and open place to explore these passages: wherever you are, wherever you’ve been and wherever you’re going.
