MY THERapy style

As a Gestalt therapist, I bring an active and engaging presence in my relationship with my clients. Working experientially and somatically, I help individuals find their voice, own their value, and build self-worth. I support people who want to feel more empowered in their life whether it be in their career, creative expression, connection with others or sexuality.

I also work with couples and families to improve communication, learn healthy boundaries and negotiate differences, thus moving towards each other and parenting with an open heart, loving kindness and positive regard.

As we work together you will learn to reconnect to parts of yourself that have been lost or hidden and deepen the relationships that are most vital and important in your life, including the relationship with yourself.  Through moment to moment experiential work, open dialogue, body awareness, and our therapeutic relationship you will heal, grow, and live into the satisfying life that you deserve.
